Please note, once the bed is out of its packaging, it will no longer be refundable. This is due to hygiene reasons and logistics on sending it back.
If for whatever reason your item is faulty, please contact us directly via our support line with pictures. We will then instruct you further.
Please make sure the bed is the right size for your pet prior to purchase. These beds are great for smaller breeds, the largest fitting would be a french bulldog.
